This services shall be provided through our associate partners.
- We assess the daily water requirement for the project and decide the total storages necessary. We give the capacity of underground and overhead tanks, design and submit the specifications of pumps and layout and size of pumping main.
- We design and submit the layout and sizes of water supply ring main at terrace level and also the sizes of down take pipes at different floors through various plumbing shafts along with locations of valves, pressure reducing valves etc.
- We design the pressurized water supply system, using hydro pneumatic system of supply with pumps and pressure vessels if necessary. The pumps will start and stop automatically as the water demand starts and stops.
- We design a system drains for conveying sewage and waste water from the building to the point of disposal. We submit a site plan showing the layout of sanitary sewer for conveying the sewage and waste water brought at ground level through plumbing shafts and show on it locations and invert levels of manholes and inspection chambers till its junction with the municipal sewer. We shall also give the typical details of inspection chambers, gully traps etc.
- If municipal sewerage does not exist, we shall design the Septic Tank, Anaerobic filter and soak pits or absorption trenches etc. for disposal of domestic sewage. After finalizing the locations of the disposal system. We shall give the general arrangement drawing showing the details of septic tank, anaerobic filter and soak pit giving all sizes and levels. Structural design of septic tank will however not be in our scope.
For drainage of terrace we design the number and size of the rain water down take pipes to carry the rain water from terrace to ground level. We shall show the locations of these outlets on the terrace plan and layout of ridges and valleys so as to direct the rain water on the terrace to these outlet points. We also design the storm water drainage system of the entire plot and show on the site plan the layout of the storm water drains up to the point of its junction with the municipal or natural drain outside the plot. The storm water drain within the plot will either be open surface drains or underground storm sewers as required. We shall also design of RAIN WATER HARVESTING system.
For internal plumbing of the building we provide blown up plans for each typical toilet to scale of 1:20 show on them,
- Locations of sanitary fittings like water closets, wash basins, sinks, urinals etc. and water supply fittings like showers, stop cocks, bib taps etc.
- Layouts and sizes of water supply pipes from supply down take pipe in the shaft upto each fixture.
- Layout and sizes of drainage pipes from each fixture to the outside soil or waste stacks in the plumbing shaft or to the outside inspection chamber.
We design the system of fire fighting for the building as per general requirements of the municipal bodies. We design the sizes of underground and overhead tanks, work out the specifications of main fire fighting pump, booster pump or jockey pump. We shall prepare the layout of wet riser, locations of courtyard hydrants fire brigade pumping inlets, breaching inlet etc. and provide a typical section through the staircase showing wet riser landing valves, first aid hose reel etc.
